For recruiting agencies

Every client in its own workspace, and one home for all of them

Run your agency from an internal workspace with a separate, branded workspace for each client. Keep confidential clients unnamed, give hiring managers a portal for feedback and submit candidates from a talent pool that records consent.

Client workspaces

Built around your clients

Each client gets a workspace of its own. Your talent pool is shared across the agency, except for people sourced for a client you mark as a strict silo.
  • Agency home

One card per client with open jobs, active submissions, feedback you are waiting for, interviews this week, placements and an SLA risk level. Cards show counts only, never candidate names.
  • Branded client workspaces

Each client has its own workspace with its details, colour and logo. Jobs live inside it and use your agency’s company verification and subscription.
  • Strict silos

Mark a client as a strict silo and the people you source for it stay with that client, even if you switch the setting off later.
  • Staff assignment

Admins assign recruiters to clients. Staff reach a client workspace only through a membership, and two browser tabs can work in two clients at once.
  • Migration assistant

Move existing clients and their jobs into client workspaces, and revert any run if you need to.
  • Audit and notifications

Agency actions are audited, and recruiters hear about client feedback, new submissions and confirmation requests.

Talent pool and submissions

Submissions with rules your clients can trust

Profiles in your talent pool carry consent records: granted or withdrawn, the method, an evidence reference, the notice version and an expiry.
  1. Consent first

Only people with valid, unexpired consent can be submitted to a client.
  2. No duplicates

The same person cannot be submitted twice to the same job, and someone already in the job’s pipeline is refused.
  3. Ownership windows

Submitting a person to another job of the same client within the ownership window needs confirmation and keeps the earlier window.
  4. You choose what the client sees

Share name, headline, location, experience, skills and summary by default, or leave the name out so the client sees a candidate reference. You can share more later, never less.
  5. Status at every step

Submitted, Shortlisted, Interviewing, Offered, Placed, or Rejected and Withdrawn. Client feedback moves the status and notifies the recruiter.
  6. Matches to client jobs

The talent pool shows consented profiles, consent expiry and matches to your clients’ open jobs.

Client portal and confidential clients

Your clients see what they need, and nothing else

  • Client portal

Invite the client’s people as Client Hiring Managers or read-only Client Viewers. Hiring managers give feedback (interested, not interested, need more information or interview) with an optional rating and comment, decide the approvals assigned to them and confirm your agency. Client users never reach your internal tools.
  • Confidential clients

A client stays confidential until one of its hiring managers confirms your agency. Until then, job pages, search, alerts, saved jobs, recommendations, match scores and the Career Agent show “Confidential client” and “Hiring through” your agency, and the client’s company pages stay hidden.
  • Neutral wording, built in

The job editor shows which words would give a confidential client away and offers neutral wording. Job links that name the client get a neutral address, and the old link redirects.
